who we are

Residents Against the Tunnels (RATT) is a coalition of residents and business owners who see the B&P Tunnel project as detrimental and possibility even disastrous to Baltimore and its future. We are all for improved passenger train service, and we understand the need to transport freight to the port of Baltimore, but we think the plan to open a huge new right-of-way for trains right through the middle of the city favors corporate profits over citizen safety and Baltimore's livability and security.

RATT is a non-profit group with 501(c)(3) status. Here are the RATT Bylaws.
